"Super Easy and Worked Great"
I was really happy with how easy the label printing was. Everything worked just fine without any hassle, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.

"Issue sorted faster than I expected"
I was a bit annoyed about the parcel issue at first, but to be fair, my complaint was sorted quicker than I thought it would be. The reply was clear, and thankfully it didn’t turn into loads of back and forth. Appreciate getting it fixed

"Updates take way too long"
The updates are just too slow. It feels like things aren’t being handled with much care, and every time I expect an improvement, I end up waiting forever. It’s frustrating because this could be a much better experience if the updates were managed more responsibly

"Felt completely ignored"
I booked a redelivery and waited in all day, but the parcel still never showed up. There wasn’t any clear update or explanation either, so it felt like I was just being ignored. Really frustrating experience.

"Pretty smooth overall"
Sent a small parcel to Spain with Royal Mail and it went fine. Tracking updated most of the trip, though it sat with no news for a few days, which was a bit annoying. Arrived just over a week later, all in one piece. Price was fair too. I’d use them again, just wish tracking was clearer.

I’m still waiting for my refund and it’s really frustrating. I hate feeling like I might be out money for something that should’ve been handled already. Not a good experience at all.

"Prices keep going up"
I’ve noticed the prices keep going up and up, but the value just doesn’t feel the same anymore. It used to feel worth it, but now I’m not so sure.

"Not a great feeling so far"
I reached out a few days ago and still haven’t heard anything back. Maybe they’re busy, but my gut says this isn’t the best sign when you’re just trying to get a basic reply.

"Really disappointing experience"
I was disappointed with this. The app keeps freezing, and half the time the login just stops working. The tracking page is also really frustrating on mobile and barely loads properly. I expected it to be much smoother.

"Delivery Updates Made Me Nervous"
My tracking showed the parcel was out for delivery all day, then suddenly switched to “delivered” even though nothing had arrived. I’ll be honest, I started worrying I’d been fooled or that it was marked delivered when it wasn’t. Thankfully, it turned up the next morning. So it wasn’t a total disaster, but the tracking updates definitely aren’t reliable

"They sorted it in the end"
My parcel just didn’t turn up, which was really frustrating at the time. I don’t know exactly what happened with it, but I ended up filling in the online form. It was a bit slow and not the easiest thing, but after that Royal Mail did keep me updated. The claim was sorted in about a week, so fair enough. Obviously I’d rather the parcel hadn’t gone missing in the first place, but they did deal with it and it got fixed.

"Item was fine, box not so much"
I got this delivered last week, or maybe it was the week before, I can’t remember exactly. The delivery itself was okay, but the box showed up squashed on one side. Thankfully the item inside was totally fine, so no real harm done

"Okay overall, but customs took forever"
It was okay in the end, but the customs process was really slow and kind of frustrating. What annoyed me even more were the constant reminders that felt way too aggressive, like I was being chased the whole time. Not the worst experience, but definitely not smooth either.

"Really helpful with my parcel issue"
I had a bit of a problem with a parcel, but the Royal Mail staff sorted it out without any hassle. They were polite, clearly knew what they were doing, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. really good service, I’d definitely recommend them.

The claim form was easy enough to find and fill out, which I appreciated. But after that, I was left waiting longer than I expected for any updates. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower than it should’ve been. i’d expect at least a quick apology or explanation for the delay

"Pretty smooth delivery overall"
Got updates by email and text, and they were mostly spot on. The delivery window changed once but they let me know quick so it wasn’t a big deal. Parcel showed up when they said it would too. Would’ve been 5 stars if the tracking page refreshed a bit faster sometimes..

"At least the proof was easy to find"
The signature showed up quickly, and thankfully the proof was easy enough to find. i was expecting to have to dig around forever like usual, so I’m glad that part didn’t turn into another headache.

"Really handy if you’re working from home"
I’ve used Royal Mail collection a few times now and, based on my experience, it seems like one of those services that just makes life a lot easier. The postie has turned up when expected every time, scans the parcels right at the door, and I don’t have to bother going to the post office or waiting in a queue. It’s especially useful when I’m working from home and can’t really pop out. So far I haven’t had any missed collections, and the tracking updates quickly too. no complaints from me.
